Once the vehicle reservation has been confirmed and formalized with 50% of the total rental import.
Different situations may arise when canceling a reservation, they must always be canceled via email;
1. Reservations confirmed and subsequently canceled 30 days before the start of the rental will not have any additional charge except for the management costs for returning the refunded amount. If the initial reservation would be subject to a promotional discount at the time of confirmation, a voucher will be generated for the full import with a 1-year expiration date for subsequent use.
2. Reservations paid in full at the time of confirmation and subsequently canceled 15 days before the start of the rental, will have a charge of 50% of the total rental amount.
3. Reservations paid in full at the time of confirmation or, failing that, the remainder of the pending payment of 50%, which will be paid 6 days before the start of the rental, can be canceled up to 96 hours before the start of the rental. . In this case, there will be a charge of 50% of the total rental amount. Reservations canceled within 48 hours prior to the start of the rental will have a 100% charge.
4.
